Union Park Amenity Center is located in a Del Webb’s resort-style community for 55+ adults in Little Elm, TX. This 9,000 SF building showcases high-end finishes throughout lounge areas, a coffee room, meeting rooms, and a fitness center. The Interior Design services included all phases of design, documentation, construction administration as well as 3D modeling and renderings. The amenity center opened in the spring of 2019.
